Shelley Tiemann came to the Lieber institute in 2022 from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where she served as a grants administrator. She has over 17 years of experience in research administration, both in the department setting and central administration. Shelley has extensive experience in the full cycle of grants management, from proposal conception to award closeout. Shelley also serves as a member of the National Council for University Research Administrators (NCURA).
