Mattie Cox joined the Lieber Institute for Brain Development as an Administrative Assistant in 2025. Mattie earned a B.S. in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University. Her prior work experience and education emphasized training and development initiatives, business needs analysis, and improvement of employee health and wellbeing. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, reading, and being physically active.
