Nick Eagles graduated from UMBC with a B.S. in mathematics in 2018. Shortly after, he joined LIBD, where he helps install and maintain software, process bulk RNA-seq and whole-genome bisulfite-sequencing data with custom computational pipelines, and explore spatial transcriptomics software in collaboration with several groups.
